I require this in-person consultation so that I can properly assess your hair to make sure we don't run into any unexpected surprises that could get in the way of getting to your hair goals.

Instead of a typical 3 minutes or less kind of thing, I sit down to connect with you and take 60 minutes to go over everything with you from how you're feeling about your current hair and where you want to go.
