You may have noticed that I require all of my new clients to book a consultation session and that I charge for this. Let me explain why. I truly care about you and I want to make sure you are in love with your hair. So I want to take the time to actually sit down with you to get to know who you are as a person before I ever touch your hair.
I don't want to just rush through this part and I want to make sure we have plenty of time built in if we have to factor in whatever hair you may be walking in the door with. Many times some corrective or conversion work is required, which can be time consuming but key in giving you great hair. So taking this extra time is "insurance" for your color appointment.
Once I meet with you, see your hair and hear what you're wanting to achieve I can properly assess your hair and create a plan where I can guide you to what appointment you will need to book.
Because we will be newly acquainted, that time allows me to interact with you more during your color service to make sure we stay on the same page with plenty of time to keep checking in throughout the process.
I am always happy to tweak, or trim a bit here or there to make it's just right. I want to make sure you are walking out from your appointment having had a great experience and feeling in love with your new hair.

After many years of rushing consultations and trying to understand my clients in 3 minutes or less I have found what works best for me and my clients is true connection and communication.
